Surprise, surprise. Apple has finally been sued for the iphone batteries. It seems that Apple never mentioned that the batteries for iPhone are not user replacable. The batteries must be replaced every year, the cost of the battery replaement is 20% the cost of iPhone, and you don't have access to a phone till your phone comes through from its round trip from Apple Inc. unless you shell out $29.95 extra for a loaner phone.
