Hacker Gary McKinnon, famously known as the NASA hacker, who had earlier, after the 9/11 attacks, hacked in to multiple computers in NASA, Pentagon and the US military from his home in North London, could face a life sentence with no hearing if he is extradited to the US. A ray of hope is that he has won the right to a Lords hearing against his extradition to the US.
