Capowi, a network company, is the first ISP to guarantee network neutrality - meaning that unrestricted traffic through the internet will not be shaped, throttled or prioritized. It defines a fully neutral network as one that provides "equal access to all websites and online services."
However, the price seems to be really high, and only internet prices in Kazakistan are comparable to this.
