IBM: The web on a single super computer (Blue Gene?)

So far, IBM had reserved its heavyweight supercomputers to run a single job. But now, they are looking at a new business proposition that could completely wipe out the cluster based systems of google and yahoo. IBM is porting web tools like apache and ruby on rails to run on the blue gene computer. The idea is to have the entire internet being processed on a single supercomputer. This seems to be an extension of their on demand business strategy.
